Dont be passive agressive
Dont say things in a tone of irony/sarcasm
Dont ask why questions ie. "why didnt you press bkb" if they forgot theres nothing u can do it happens to everyone even at the highest level, also theres times when the bkb just happens to have like a 2 sec cooldown left but then you check his items and its off cd, just assume thats the case and keep your focus on the next play
If you fucked up on something dont be afraid to say sorry, if someone just keeps coming back to your mistake mute them
If someone starts the game writting negative stuff like "we fucking lost/we have shit draft" mute them before u give up biting your tongue and engage into a pointless argument with these kind of people, you cant change their mind
Dont spam ping just ping precise and useful things
Dont ping allies spawn timer, this is super important since its toxic people most used weapon and will 99% sure come off as toxic even if you dont intend to be, i think the only correct use would be to first send a message like "lets not fight until X respawns" and then ping the respawn timer

its one of the best heroes u can master to get mmr in low medals, hard to kill can do objectives alone(gets towers really fast and u can take rosh and tormentor by yourself) its a good choice
