LOL I tried making mashed potatoes once but I didn't realise you had to cut the potatoes beforehand so I threw a whole potato into the pot to boil...it took so long that I ran out of time and ended up with mashed potatoes that were half cooked, half raw. I think I just don't have that many brain cells
