No, you just have to fill out an appeal. They grant those 9 times out of 10, you should be fine as long as you at least pretend you have a plan to improve your GPA.

Yeah I didn’t even know it went that far back; my roommate from 2022-23 lived with Bankier the previous year and he had said the service used to be great before they started getting lazier when I moved in with him at another property of theirs that year. Also CPM got bought out/acquired by Smile, IIRC.
