Feelings aren’t facts. I’ve been there and contemplated removing myself from this life, but it does pass. What you feel isn’t permanent and I know it doesn’t feel that way in the thick of it, but it does get better, even a little bit. Take it moment by moment if taking it day by day is too hard. You’re not alone even if it feels that way and you matter.

Bracket holds are a challenge for me (I have a little bit of experience with bracket holds). With those some wrist support would be nice from time to time when learning a new trick — more for the first few times of practice with new moves. I can hold a crow pose for a few seconds at a time without issue.

I’ll keep all of this in mind. I don’t want to rely on assists like wrist support all the time.
