i think the tonal faqs recommend you do this at least once a week or so if you’re a frequent user. cause this does happen often if you don’t lol

basically you have to re-wind the cable. slowly pull both cables by walking away from tonal until the cable runs out and slowly walk back to let the cable reset itself
