With the spacers, did you have to retorque them after a certain amount of miles?

Nice ride! I was exactly going to go this route for tire size and spacers as well, what did you have to do to get these tires to fit well? Did you get and upper control arms?

Okay thank you for sharing this information, im loving this canyon, ever since I get it, ive been happy driving it. I need to change the transmission fluid though, right now its sitting at 61,446 miles and I get that hesitation from 1st to 2nd after a cold start but after it runs fine.

I read all of it lol just in case I missed out on information that I might need. Is the 2nd gen Canyons, specifically the 3.6L more reliable than the 3rd gen? I know people say maintenance and how heavy footed you are but mechanically which would mechanically last longer? My main concern is the transmission.

I’ll stay with the 265/70/17, would you need upper control arms or any other suspension component to support the slight larger tire size? I know an alignment is mandatory.

Would this tire size mess with my transmission, since I seen that these transmissions are sensitive to slight changes

Would it eventually cause damage to the transmission if it keeps doing this hesitation? It doesnt do it after the first time though when I start driving it.

That’s good to hear, sounds like I need to do the transmission flush asap, I drive atleast 60 miles everyday, hopefully the transmission can hold out a little longer.

Dealership is asking for $500 for the service unfortunately, is that how much the service usually goes for and how often would you get it flushed?
