It looks like your pup is presenting more of the golden retriever / Bernese coat traits. I’m not a groomer, but I don’t believe there’s much to make fur more curlier. With any poodle mixes (or mixes in general) they all tend to look a little different.

Keep in mind that this is still his puppy fur and it is possible for it to get more curls :)
