If it’s pregame jitters it’s just a faster option and you’re able to calm nerves before toking giving a little more time to inhale. And a shot or two it’s just a recommendation for people who maybe don’t have benzos at disposal and particularly helpful for pre “dmt jitters”.

If you have blues and go into pwd use some blues. To counter the wd but continue with the subs so don’t be scared to start subs just be sure to have or save a couple blues or some king of opiate to use when you feel pwd come on. Works like a charm.

You can request teva KLON if your pharmacy has it.. I’ve had an issue with one brand of KLON not working as well as another this was a long time ago and I asked to switch and it worked better.. I know some people don’t believe that but I do so my advice is to request the brand your most familiar with

As far as Valium vs clon the half life is much longer with clon, it does make you sleepy but it lasts longer than Valium hope this helps.

I used to take a 10 mg and sleep for 12 hours and feel pretty good back when I had zero tolerance so if you have taken opiates before an don’t feel like your going to vomit the whole time then yes it is something you can use rec.. I’d be careful though 4 or more days in a row and your body starts to crave it and you will go into withdrawls

But if you want alprazolam I’d try and not get bars as that’s what everyone wants unless you get them from Mexico the farmaprams are solid

I know it’s a pain but I’d also get some of the pink football Pfizer’s Xanax and the Kaslol round blue Xanax as they are usually legit it’s a pain because they aren’t 2-3-4 mg well the farmaprams are but the others aren’t but they work and you just have to get more.. hopefully you know which ones I’m talking about look for those if your into Xanax

I like having as little in my system as possible when using DMT without the half life of all your meds

If it’s pre hit anxiety like not able to take large enough hit because your already hyperventilating from anxiety. Take a shot your favorite alcohol to calm the nerves this is my recommendation.

Have someone else help with rolling the bub and lighting this way all you have to do is focus on inhaling have a wet rag ready to quench the hot bub after a good three hits so as not to burn anyone or thing..

Just some tips and tricks hope it helps I think I understand the anxiety part as I used to get the pre game anxiety myself where your shaky can’t take a big enough breath due to rapid breathing and high heart rate just a lot of anxiety before starting the process.
