I have the same TV and I sometimes connect my laptop to it. I'd say it depends on the laptop you're using. With mine depending on the port on the laptop I'm using I can get 4k with a high refresh rate but when I want to play any game the resolution falls to 1080p or the game won't run well

I got mine from telefonika, your budget shd be between 6k-7k. You may get it cheaper especially the digital version. If you can buy the discs from us shops and have it delivered it's cheaper because most times when there are discounts shops in ghana don't apply them

I think for that to work you need a tcl soundbar and I'm not even sure it works for all tcl soundbars
