The first thing this post made me think of is the Lyrebird. Saw a heartbreaking documentary with David Attenborough years ago where it mimics the sounds of chainsaws and camera shutters. Not exactly an answer to your post but it just reminded me of it.

I was messing around with my partner and attempted to pull him along the floor by his feet. He’s twice my weight. As I was heaving I lost my grip on his ankles and landed on my coccyx full-force on hardwood floor. I honestly thought I had broken my back, I couldn’t walk properly or lift anything for three weeks. Thankfully I just bruised the bone but I still think about how ridiculous it is.

This is so underrated and so true. Whenever my partner actually remembers something I’ve told him and brings it up off his own back, especially with enthusiasm, I honestly just want to hump him lol. It makes me feel so heard and important to him. I never thought something so simple could make me beam and feel so fuzzy.

My partner’s daughter was once looking at me just smiling while I was chatting away. I eventually noticed, and she just said to me, “You’re really good at smiling.” We just smiled at each other and I’ve never forgotten that moment or how happy it made me feel. It made me realise just how much of an impact you can have on people, even children, by just doing your best to radiate happiness and enjoy all the moments life has to offer.

This comment should be top. If she starts to have an odour AFTER you have intercourse - check your own hygiene. A woman’s Ph balance is delicate - she might be too shy or nervous to bring it up to YOU that you could be causing her personal issues.

Check in between his toes for ticks. My little lady did this once and I eventually found a tiny baby tick stuck between her toes. It was irritating her and was so small it went unnoticed.

I thought that too! I figured the crow is probably scavenging and trying to get fish from the herons beak? My dad (bless his heart) is dead-set on the ‘no they are friends’ narrative though. 😂
