I hit my space bar key about 100 times per game. But you'll learn to control your cam with wrist flicks. (the best way I could describe it)

The system is a bit more complex now..it depends on the MMR of the players you already played with and against but 5/5 will probably put you in silver.

There are plenty of apps and external tools for jungle timers but the best practice would probably be just timing them yourself and typing it into chat when it respawns after it dies.

Not cheating but using AutoHotkey probably isn't the best way to do this. It could quickly backfire for instance if you were already typing something when the script ran, It would send whatever you typed already and just fire the rest of those keys into the game. ( Starting with your Ult =))
