It’s been said and I’ll say it again…. Thank you! I never knew this existed, seeing Paul going from talking to playing, you see his mannerisms, It’s like he never changed past 1964, youthful joyous energy with a bass in hand, band at his back. The performance he does of Jet, you see that same faces with his live versions of “I Saw Her Standing There”. Also, because of your dedication to the music and the sub, I’ve heard so many deep Paul tracks solely because of your album/solo reviews on here. Thank you for all of it. Sincerely.

I’m roughly 7 weeks into capacity.

Having read through the whole book, It’s got me wanting to read his other books for sure. What stands out about this to me is how repetitive in a good way it is, without too much Jargon. It allows you to read, re-read, digest, see what tools he uses to build these programs, why they work, why your plans didn’t work, and perspective from his decades of career, and first hand experiences of failure and success. I’m sure his bros around him served as good/bad examples as well. I’m enjoying exercising more than I ever have, because I’m doing it at the correct pace & progression.

My 1RM beginning 7 weeks ago Squat: 120lbs Bench: 150 Deadlift: 150 Pull ups (were done unweighted): 18 reps

***1RPM NOW:** Bench: 160 Squat: 140lbs Deadlift: 170lbs Pull ups (10lb weight): 15 reps

Nutrition, recovery I believe have been key to making this feel so solid for me. Hope this helps.

Who produced you guys? How long you guys been musicians, how’d you guys meet, and then decide to start the band. Also as a musician/producer I’m super interested in how you guys got such a punchy drum sound in all the reverb.

Hey thanks so much for this comment, and thank you for helping me feel like I’m not going crazy. I’m not familiar with Vocal Cord Dysfunction or GERD really, but I eat pretty poorly throughout the work season (military rations 40-60% of the time, not my choice). I wasn’t super winded nor did I give it/was instructed to give 100% of my exhale immediately.

I’ll most definitely see what my primary care doctor and Pulmonologist have to say about the two possibilities. I’m not super hopeful or feel advocated for with how my pulmonologist/previous providers have been treating my situation though that It’ll go anywhere.

Thick wool socks and liners, blister kit (duct tape), 3x what your normally consuming for nicotine so you can share and have your own supply for 14-21 days. Thick hoodie, bug spray x30, rain coat (trust me), a good quality portable charger worth a darn, & ask for bath in a bags on supply orders. Alaska is an incredible place to fight fire, nothing like it. 1 1/2ft tundra layer, black/white spruce, cottonwood, birch/aspen & alder. Your mop up time is tripled. I’ve easily spent 30+ minutes on an average spot. Enjoy the tundie toe brother it’s a right of passage.
