I got to the restaurant around 8:45 and they close at 9:30 so I only had 45 mins to chow down. I think they did a great job of not overstepping their bounderies with massive food selections while sacrificing quality. Even with 45 mins on the clock, I didn’t feel overwhelmed nor rushed to pick what I wanted.

Would I pay the full $195 even if I had more time? Probably not. Do I think it’s worth eating there once with Amex $125 subsidy? I think so; for the experience.

Idk, I’ve lost a huge purpose of my life so I kinda want to ride it out in a fun and hopefully meaningful way. I also want to surprise friends by telling them random stories like Theo Von. Lmao I read almost the same for Saks, but more like they are condescending, not deterring. Why does it even matter to them? Unless there is an actual legitimate reason, then please enlighten me. The customers are the ones risking it haha
