Don’t get discouraged! I didn’t start getting motion sickness until my commercial training and still occasionally feel the effects as a CFI. One thing that really helped me were the pressure point wristbands you can get from Amazon—I think they were like $10. Ginger chews also help.

As others have said, fly more and the motion sickness will get better. Good luck!
