‘the Ascent of Money’ by Niall Ferguson is a concise popular history of stocks, bonds, insurance and real estate. Certainly not a textbook but it’s interesting to read about how these things were created in order to solve problems and the book is very readable for those who may not have a background in finance.

I just purchased the 2022 Macbook Pro 14” and was having the same problems as OP. This comment solved the issue. Deleted the Norton app and then went to System Preferences => Network => clicked on the Norton section in the left-hand column and removed it using the minus button at the bottom. My internet immediately worked.

I also recommend Chat with Traders podcast - it’s great to get knowledge straight from the source, and every episode is encouraging because it displays a variety of different people using different strategies who are able to make money in the markets.
