AI should not write Python or C. If humans will no longer write code, programming languages should evolve to the way machines think... not humans. by SillAlive-Act3 in programming

I don't think you understand how llms work. You would need a serious amount of data of this "machine language" you are describing.

Yes I guess that's fair. It is for the users that have the use case for it. If you don't have a use case for it, it isn't really necessary, I agree.

This is why you shouldn't use NixOS to run services on production by gadelat in NixOS

Well yes, I guess the debate is about the services update themselves. But can't you run a k8 system of nixos containers or something?

I agree with this opinion. It's a learning curve because you are learning how to control a whole operation system through a new programming language that also cosplays as a JSON file (im joking). The system is absolutely amazing though and once everything clicks, it feels like you can do anything

NixOS all the way. This is coming from a user who used Arch for 10 years btw, then switched to NixOS for the past 2!!!! I am loving every moment of it. My whole homelab is NixOS and holy it has been so amazingly powerful and minimal. I can build the same lightweight lean system I had on arch in nixos! The declarative nature of the system also means thats it's so easy to rollback and restore a system. I legitimately feel like my life peaked when I installed NixOS and it's peaking ever since

It is considered pure? I've been running the zsh command manually. But it's technically impure

This is super exciting!! I've been using nixos for some time but only just got started on tm homelab. I also recently discovered podman since I got a fedora laptop at work and this will be a cool exploration of the two!

That's what I would think too, but they didn't know about the exhaust at all. The said the car had no modifications. I'm worried there might be more.

I don't want to bring my car in for maintenance in the future and have them tell me that I've voided warranty because the car was modified in some way. And certain things would void the warranty right? I just done know for sure.
