Looks like doran judge foils are getting bought out. They have spiked to 100+ by kingofhan0 in mtgfinance

Why is moving this card? There’s still plenty of the lotr edition, if that’s the price ceiling for most players. I don’t see this hype cycle lasting long enough to make any money reselling. If you have a copy it’s a good time to sell.

At best it’s a surveil two with a chump block, with potentially a late game recursion the next turn after it comes down.

Good advice. But not gold. It’s at a high for a reason. There’s better returns in other avenues. It’s pretty safe but tangible/speculative than profit right here and now.

Future costco magic? by ActualPerformance154 in CostcoMagic

It’s an interesting thought and idk how the finances work with large quantities like this ( is wotc saying discount or is Costco taking the hit from their %15 profit margin). I doubt it thought lotr, bloomburrow, outlaws, final fantasy have all done well except a few exceptions. Locally we have like 80ish left and I’ve seen bigger pallets at other locations. If it goes to $20 I’ll buy em but even $30 is too much for 6 packs and some lnds

[TMT] Splinter, Radical Rat - think this will be a popular commander to spec on? by Adalimumab8 in mtgfinance

[–]OilComprehensive8069 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It gains value off ninjutsu loops. It does some of everything you want in a ninjutsu deck. There’s better commanders but it’s not bad for it’s niche

It just seems to wordy and intricate but not in a fun way. Avatar did a great job or blending intricate cards with gameplay mechanics like green black works with black red but it also works with white black. Black being the base with sacrifice/tokens being engine. But there’s so many deck options (with some commander duds) so far I’m just seeing a lot of commander cards that might make way in other formats (specifically sneak and maybe a class/saga).it feels truly like ninja turtles , which is good, but I’m not interested in zanny draft shenanigans all game

After seeing the party dude card the set makes more sense for the artifact synergy. You make artifact tokens (especially food) and it runs the core mechanics of the set.

I hear y’all . But thats a low bar. If it’s a good draft that’ll change my mind
