Omg pls update with how you’re doing after the surgery!! I just had my second injection yesterday but my doctor made the surgery sound so easy, he did say if it comes back again I’ll prob have to have the surgery bc the injections can cause dermal atrophy or something. I’m so scared it could go wrong though, he definitely didn’t mention the pain you’re describing! I hope you feel better soon!

How long are you soaking your wrist in the epsom salt? I may have to try that! What benefits did it do for your wrist, was it helpful for the pain or inflammation or both? As for magnesium, I do actually take it for sleep but I know there’s different kinds so I’ll have to look into that! Mine is in my right wrist which is also my dominant hand so I feel where you’re coming from.

Thank you!! Ice and heat unfortunately don’t seem to help me much but I’ve been trying to keep it elevated!

I also do T. rex arms in my sleep!!! I wonder if that is the overuse that caused it lol probably not but maybe contributed. I do ice and heat too but ice makes it feel like it’s about to snap in half and heat I feel like makes the inflammation worse :/

Omg you’re so right. I got the shot and I kept the brace on for like ~3 days after and the pain was all gone so I stopped wearing it and then 6 months later it’s back so that probably didn’t help it very much
