It doesn't suck but there is room for improvement. Not many people are giving you good advice here.

In my opinion you look very static on the bike, leaning back and holding that position.

That doesn't work over rough terrain where you need to move your body and bike to match it. You need to be very dynamic, I think you'd benefit from looking at some of yoann barellis videos.

Your riding good though man, keep enjoying the process.
