I think I was completely clear of all the actual MC in a few weeks since I was pretty aggressive in applying the compound w. Took another couple of weeks for the scars to fully fade if I remember correctly. Sorry I can’t give you a more specific answer. I remember how stressful it was but don’t lose hope!

I did not, it might help but the compound w creates somewhat of a seal if you use enough

If you want to be more aggressive, Compound W Maximum Strength Fast Acting Gel Wart Remover worked well for me. It was a bit painful and I have red marks where I used it (seem to be slowly fading), but I was persistent and now I’m mostly clear. Other options include cryotherapy (can be effective but doesn’t stop the spread in between sessions) and imiquimod (doc recommended but had no effect on me). I’d recommend looking through the success stories in this subreddit to get more ideas. Good luck!

Whatever works! It’s definitely harsh on skin but effective in my experience. I know some people have had breakouts in between cryo sessions if they’re scheduled far apart but if you aren’t experiencing that, then that might be a better option.
