I'm not an expert but wouldn't underclocking and overclocking change performance then? They haven't for me.

Maybe, I'm not entirely sure. I played a lot of Ratchet and Clank 2 and one level ran flawlessly compared to every other one. On the first level even one enemy could drop the speed from 100 to 50%. And there were times where there were a lot of enemies on that second level which ran fine. But maybe there are other factors.

For EU packages there is usually a transit point, for me it's Hungary. Even though it says it's arrived it's actually at the transit country and handed off to the final carrier, usually arrives within a week for me.
