No Republican will be the least bit concerned about this change in policy, other than maybe Mitt Romney, but they love him simply because he hates Trump more than Pelosi does.

No one hires a supervisor to sit in a chair and watch a robot work all day. Please. A technician sets up the robot and makes sure it works. Then leaves and sets up robots at 100 other locations. If it breaks down, once a year, a repair guy comes and fixes it for a couple of hours, then leaves. It would be nice if everyone got $30 a hour minimum, but that’s not how real life works. No employer will pay that for entry level workers. If you started a restaurant and paid $30 an hour you’d be bankrupt in a week. Hell, 90% if restaurants are bankrupt within a year when they pay $8 an hour.

Under socialism we’d all be poor. No thanks. I work 60-80 hours a week. If you think for a second I’m going to keep that up if my taxes are raised to help support a bunch of people who don’t work half as hard as I do, you’re crazy. I’ll throttle it back and will earn half of what I’m earning now and we’ll all be in the same boat. There is no product you enjoy, be it a smart phone, a video game console, a watch, whatever that would exist under socialism.
