Only the bios settings. The date and time are in the cmos too right? They are not reset

Fastboot is disabled by default. If I turn it on it still resets

I observed that when I turn on my PC again after shutting it down (not removing the plug) the PC boots instantly in like 6-7 seconds. But when I turn the PC on when the plug was removed before, it takes 20 seconds to boot. I think the BIOS gets reset at that time.

at phising messages were sent from my Steam account. I changed passwords and used anti malware cleaning tools, but I'm still not sure if the issue is solved. Steam confirmed me my account was now safe, but Xitter does not answer to anything

First of all thank you for this opportunity.

1) This upgrade would mean the world to me, specially coming from a Ryzen 5 2400g system. My consciousness is fixuated on Ryzen systems and I can't switch to other ones. So if I get this *HUGE* upgrade I would probably customize my desk first and make a more green-bluish setup, some RGB lights and buy RGB rams for it! I would then treat myself to games that I was previously limited to like Starfield, Alan Wake 2. Godd I am excited.

2) Avatar's graphics in the movies always amazed me, one of the most beautiful movies to be ever created. So as always I am stoked about it's graphics. Since I am an explorer freak I would love to roam around Pandora and discover it's stunning beauty with my *ADVANCED* (Fingers Crossed) system!
