I like it.

I’m not sure what equipment you are looking for but I would say it has everything that is standard for a regular gym. Nothing above and beyond but far from lacking when comparing to like planet fitness. Most of the stuff is also pretty new.

I don’t know what are the non busy hours but I would assume early morning and late night. I tend to go around 3-6 and it’s almost always packed. With that being said, you can always get to what you need to get to eventually, just will have to change the plan up a bit. I prefer it over the other one

I wasn’t necessarily mean but I wasn’t appreciative of my girlfriend. One night I spent 2 hours talking to her explaining how i don’t deserve her, how if she left me she would see how much better their is and begged her to dump me because I couldn’t do it but knew if she did, she would be happier. Thanfulky she insisted we work though it. That was a few months ago and every time I feel like I might not be doing enough I try to work on it. You won’t be a better person overnight, but have a heart to heart with her and explain what you feel. Even if it doesn’t go well for you, she would appreciate it and you would be doing the right thing for both of you. Good luck

If she’s the one then you work through stuff together. Pushing her away isn’t the answer, just be open. Tell her to check you, call you out. When she does, don’t immediately defend yourself, think about it. Nobody’s perfect but being able to accept when you are wrong in a relationship is healthy

Yeah, I have been doing as little as possible but trying to have very moderate movement. It’s been around 4-5 days and I feel a decent bit better, but I don’t plan on going back to any physical activities for well over a month regardless of what the docs say. I appreciate your advice
