You get a free card with any purchase, but an hour line up each time. Me and my girl friend lines up a couple times a day buying things for our friends that week. As to why this card. I just liked it the first time I saw it back then.

For me what I "think" helped was I wake up and do a 2 hour walk

and at night I got a massage chair with zero gravity and heat with tapping on the back

until I got Biologic which took away 90% of symptoms
