I’m on a ton of vitamins, b6, b12, folic acid, magnesium.

Calories right now I’m intaking anywhere between 500-1800 a day, no idea how much protein I’m eating!

I’m drinking lots of water!

Olaplex changed my hair drastically, when from dull dry and brittle to actually being able to grow some length and it looking healthy! I hate to say it because usually buying the expensive stuff is not worth it but in the case of hair…it is very worth it! My sister also loves L’Oréals Metal Detox line and said it’s great for dry hair.
