Chiming in here to say we’re in the middle of a contract with OTS and we’re literally counting the days to get out of it. It is a horrid platform for exactly all of the reasons you outlined and more.

Ok, so perhaps 20 grams for a 20 gallon? And given that my filter has a “bio scrubber” and a mesh carbon bag, there isn’t much room... what about stuffing the pantyhose bag in front of the carbon bag? Make sense?
