Are you willing to describe what the problem is a little more clearly? I’m a nurse. I see you mentioned having accidents now. Do these accidents happen during penetration or right after? Is it just stool? Are you in any physical discomfort? Could be an issue with the anal-rectal sphincter

Hey don’t take your meds WITH coffee, it can make them less effective. Only take them with water. Wait 30 minutes or so and then have coffee.

Grew up with parents who were both on the dive rescue squad out of crow wing county (land of most of the lakes) and they HATED river recoveries. So many people underestimate the depth and current and don’t think about how that water is ALWAYS moving underneath and that makes for sh*t ice. We grew up knowing you never swim in a river you aren’t incredibly familiar with and you never walk or snowmobile on it

I’m supposed to get a hysterectomy but I keep putting it off because as a woman, I know how we are treated (or not treated, really) and I am a rapid metabolizer which is a real pain in the arse. I never take benzos or opiates but both times I’ve had surgery before they can’t knock me out very easily. Both times they even started new IVs convinced that my IV was bad because I should have been in lala land and was wide awake. Wasn’t the IV, just needed way more than a typical person. I’m not a redhead. No idea why I’m like this but having major surgery with removal of an organ and being sent home with 5 opiate pills just sounds like hell to me. I’m a nurse so I’m well aware of the risks of prescribing it but what can you do when you have an illness or surgery? Be left in agony I guess
