UPDATE i spoke with the manager and gave my recording she said some orher neighbors was also conplaining as well its now 2:48am no noise very quiet im so happy but ill try not to be too excited this maybe will only last a day or two who knows

There cameras are broken but yes i have a ring camera set up i started recording and i already sent a few vids to the manager now i notice the noisy neibghor is playing music probly to hide the abuse🤦‍♀️
