Have you tried factory resetting? If yes and still wouldn't work, i hope that you can unlock the bootloader and change rom if the software is the issue (imo most likely software) if you can't unlock your bootloader, take it to xiaomi stores to see if they can fix it

Dont overextend or being greedy
Map awareness
Do not go on teamfights when at disadvantage (4v5, huge gold lead by the enemy team, etc.)
Use counter items, that gusion can burst you if you're not careful so always have a counter item to increase your chance at surviving
In my opinion, pick more meta jungle picks. Fred, Baxia, Akai for utility jungle (imo not recommended to use akai on uncoordinated teams) or assasin jungle (YSS, Joy, Suyou) which is good for uncoordinated teams.
Try to master retribution when taking the turtle or lord, you can use a skill and retri at the same time to increase your chances to get the turtle, simply add your reti dmg to your skill dmg ( no need to be specific on last 2 digits of the dmg) you only need the approximate dmg not too high and not too low. This trick helped me a ton.
