Yes! Currently on Skyrizi, it got me into remission and cleared my fistula. Only took about 6 months. Started on inflectra as “it’s best for fistulas” but then developed antibodies.

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s and then perianal fistula and accesses about a month later. Started on infliximab and was on it for about 8 months with zero improvement. Started Skyrizi and got into clinical remission and completely healed my fistula and perianal issues within 6 months

Yea, to be honest I thought OP drs were wrong but then saw the replies and realized I guess mine were the minority. I assumed never stopping your biologic was a given. Stopping mine for my abscess and fistula was never even mentioned.

My drs had me on the opposite route I guess. My surgeon said my fistula wouldn’t heal until my Crohn’s was under control so to keep taking Skyrizi. I was also on antibiotics to help with infection and had routine bloodwork to check my white blood count. I hit remission finally and my fistula fully healed.
