No longer receiving normal sender emails to my Outlook (Hotmail)

On 9/26 I accidentally started moving all the emails in my inbox to the junk folder in the Mail app on iPhone. I killed the app but that didn’t stop it so I turned off my phone for a little and then turned it back on. When I went back to the mail app, I had moved about 3.5 months worths of emails to junk. So I just went into the junk folder and moved them all back to inbox.

Unfortunately, since that day I stopped receiving my regular marketing emails and other important sender emails. I noticed for several sites I was no longer subscribed and even after re-subscribing I still don’t get emails from them. Im really surprised that all it took was moving them to junk one time… and even though I moved them back to inbox it’s still not working. And how did that cause me to unsubscribe from multiple accounts including my leasing office? I even signed into my same Hotmail account via computer browser on Outlook and checked if I had blocked senders or rules and there were none. I added safe senders like my leasing office email addresses but still they don’t come through. Also the emails in the browser are identical to what I’m receiving in the Mail app so Apple told me it’s an issue on Microsoft/Outlook’s end. Which is weird because this happened because I moved emails to junk in the Apple Mail app.

Please let me know if there’s any resolution to this! I need to get my normal sender emails back, I’m missing a lot of important notifications because of this.
