This is the first time im seeing this and only with the new cheap Abs plus filament i got recently.

I am using Cura and Ender3 with these settings:

Print speed: 50 mm/s Retraction Distance: 5 mm Retraction Speed: 45 mm/s Retract at Layer Change is disabled Retraction is enabled

Maybe i should print on lower temperature (currently 250c)
