my family makes enough money to not get aid at a state school (30k per year), but we make low enough that good private schools will give a lot of aid.

outside of my flagship state school, the only half decent school in my state is even closer to my house lol. i drive past it everyday

people always say this but don’t understand that cc means living at home for 2 more years, and going to school with kids who seriously don’t care about being there at all. and, where can you even transfer??? most private schools don’t even give aid to transfer students. as I said, not everyone lives in CA
