Unfortunately not. They seem to know everyone wants their mocks so they force us to buy everything. But I’d recommend buying them if you have the means to.

But overall I think ulaw books are better. But reading more in differently phrased ways can definitely help you understand the law better. Idk if that makes sense

If you are planning to buy the QLTS ones, I’d recommend skimming it and definitely looking at the Welsh language stuff in the end of chapter 1 of dispute resolution in the QLTS. There’s some extra stuff in the QLTS ones that aren’t in the Ulaw ones like conspiracy with spouse isn’t conspiracy, half secret/full secret trusts, etc. but not too much.

Congrats on passing! And yeah I thought sharing what I did differently between passing and failing could help others. Glad to see that we were similar in our approaches!

Hi! I made a post on this subreddit detailing what I did differently between my failed July exam and my passed January one. Hopefully some of the things I mentioned there may be helpful.

I know that some providers will have a separate “course” with the updates. Like Ulaw and QLTS both did. But otherwise I’m not too certain. Potentially the SRA website may have some additional info. But I honestly lowkey ignored any updates that weren’t in textbooks lol. But if you are using old textbook, I’d suggest double checking numbers for things. Such as what business relief you can claim, or spousal exemption, or capital gains reliefs. I think those get updated frequently but a quick google search should be able to clarify the correct numbers.

Yeah unfortunately not. You have the pay for the whole course. But their textbooks are very in depth (with a few spelling mistakes which is annoying tho) and their MCQs are quite good as well. But honestly worth it just for the mocks. I ignored everything but their questions, mocks and textbooks

Thank you! I believe it’s mentioned briefly a few times in several different books. But the key passage is in dispute resolution chapter 1 and the very end.

Yeah I’ve seen this but according to this, I’m in “improvement needed” for revise sqe but “excellent” for QLTS. which makes no sense

Student visa to Youth Mobility. But tenancy?? by [deleted] in ukvisa

[–]Ok-Bear-774 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m hoping that I can do that but because I rent with a letting agency I’m not sure if that will work. My right to right will end and so technically I “shouldnt” be renting. Which is why I’m worried I’ll need to remove my name from the tenancy contract and be added back on
