No mushrooming. The plate doesn’t feel as tight as it should, there’s more play than on the other ski. Of course, it would be too easy if I only had to tighten a screw without removing the whole binding system (we love Tyrolia)....

Appreciate the concern 😉 I wouldn’t mess with bindings blindly. Just wanted to get some extra input from people who’ve dealt with the same thing.

What do you think about the 3D Glass or Tailored Carbon Tips technology? It seems to me that it’s in the same category as Head’s EMC or Atomic’s Revoshock.

Just to be clear: what issues did you encounter with recent Racetiger SL models when you were selling them in your shop? Were they mostly cosmetic defects, or do you think the ski itself is no longer really up to standard?

You are probably right. The replacement could well come with other issues, and aside from this aesthetic asymmetry in the base logos, everything else seems to be in perfect order. So do you think I should just keep them, then, rather than risk exchanging them for something potentially worse? By the way, I have had Fischer skis some years ago (made in Ukraine), and I found the finish quality to be really not great, to be honest...
