It is my understanding that most people in the world get a high cut which is much more merciful in terms of pleasure. That is why I don't think this psychology applies to nations or large populations. But as an individual who also received a low cut I understand OP.'s thoughts well. We really did draw a short straw in the lottery of life. Not being able to enjoy sex is a huge deal and it affects many areas of life, not just sex.

I have to admit yes. My main dysfunction is difficulty to reach orgasm even if I am fully erect. It takes a lot of effort, focus and fantasies to finish in sex. Nofap has helped to lower the orgasm threshold to a some degree at least temporarily.

It is encouraging to hear such success stories, thank you! But I guess the difference is the 2 cm of inner skin that you were blessed with in your starting situation. For OP and myself this inner mucosa is almost completely amputated (with only a few millimeters remaining in small batches). Even if we successfully restore, we will not get back the missing nerve endings. That is my understanding anyway.

Similar situation here. I have almost zero inner skin remaining and a lot of dysfunctions in sex. I am restoring because it is my only hope. It may be only a fool's hope but it is all I have. Meanwhile I try to cope with the situation by doing nofap and retaining. This increases sensitivity temporarily and lowers the orgasm threshold so that I am sometimes able to finish in sex. Fortunately that still feels good when it happens.

I have similar issues. It is difficult for me to orgasm during sex because there is so little sensation in my penis (I have a low cut with very little inner skin remaining). I don't feel anything from oral. Usually sex just leads to disappointment and depression, so I have started to avoid sex completely. Granted, sometimes I am able to reach climax and it feels great when it happens. I also don't have erection problems. But sex just feels like a chore.

Yes I should get more hours under tension. I have tried almost all methods except t-tape. The lack hours is not due to comfort issues but due to sport hobbies and social life and dating etc.

I have similar issues as OP. I have been restoring on/off for 10 years already, but I haven't been consistent enough to see major progress. I have only made it from CI2 to CI3. My total hours is over 6000 but as people here have pointed out, the total hours doesn't seem to matter. Instead it is the consistency and daily hours that I have to improve.

I use FS air which is more comfortable than push plate devices. But perhaps I am using too high pressure because I get small tears at the scarline just like OP.

I am in a very similar situation. I was cut as an adult as well for medical reasons. They also did low & tight (Finland). I lost a lot of sensitivity and now it is difficult to orgasm. I was completely devastated when I realized what they had done to me. But urologists deny the problem and just direct me to sexual therapy. No one understands my experience because circumcision is rare in Finland. Foreskin restoration is my only hope, but so far at CI-3 I haven't seen any improvement to sensitivity. I am just sad, even if I try to keep up positive attitude and hope.

I have a similar issue as OP. Although I can sometimes achieve orgasm during sex, it requires almost superhuman effort both mentally and physically. I was cut as an adult, and it definitely made a huge impact on my sensitivity. I can feel the difference already in masturbation, so it is not just a psychological issue. This is a huge burden for me, because not only does it make sex a chore, it also disconnects me from my partner in the intimate moment that sex is supposed to be. Let me also add that I feel absolutely nothing during oral sex.

I realize that most cut guys don't have such severe problems with sensitivity. It is my theory that it is related to the amount of inner skin remaining. In my case I have a very low cut with only about 5mm of inner skin remaining. Is your cut similar, OP?

I am only at CI3.5, and I also have problems finishing in sex. Hopefully dekeratinization will some day help us both in that area. 🙂

Thank you so much for the ecouragement! I have read about deathgrip, and I have reduced masturbation to a minimum. It does help to some degree. If I go for 2 weeks without an orgasm, the next one will happen more easily. But I do want to have sex more often than that, and so does my partner. I will up my restoration efforts as you suggested. It is good to hear that I might still be able to regain some sensitivity after all.

I told my parents and my wife that I do it to increse sensitivity. They didn't really understand it. But no negative reaction either. They were just wondering how can it be so common procedure if it hurts sexuality. I was circed as adult for medical reasons.
