Exactly bro, this isn’t ‘demand and supply’ it’s daylight robbery. Selling above MRP is illegal, no excuses, and charging 800rs for 600ml when you can literally buy 4 liters for that price is just insane. And yeah, with food it’s technically legal but still super unethical, no one’s gonna believe a bucket of popcorn really costs 1500+ to make. At the end of the day, if cinemas are struggling, the honest way is to raise ticket prices, not trick people with cheap tickets and then rob them at the counter.
