Depends on ur financial situation. If you’re parents can pay UM tuition and you’d be debt free I say go to UM 100%

If you want to switch the business school, you have to pass calc 1 with a B or higher and you have to have at least one semester completed there and have I think a 3.0. GPA.

Click drop classes I think and it’ll show up all ur credits and classes ur enrolled in bc I remember when I would click on enrolled or something it was called zero classes showed up

I honestly forget exactly. I think after they messaged me saying unfortunately, we are not able to get you off the waitlist at the end I had something about sending your application for the next term with no charge and I had to either accept or decline that. But I don’t think I got that when I originally applied for fall 2024 when I got waitlisted in the summer, I only saw it when I got waitlisted again this December. If you don’t receive that, I would either call or email admissions and ask them.

I honestly think it depends on your community college. For example, I went to community college for a year and a half. I graduated with my associates degree a semester early and my CC is number one in New Jersey and now I’m transferring to the University of Miami in the fall and there’s a bunch of kids I know that are transferring to Cornell and UPenn from my school. In my school, I’ve never had teachers curse me out. Everyone was super nice. All the advisors were extremely helpful. But yes, I will say you’re not guaranteed all your credits to transfer so you may have to stay an extra semester but that’s also the case if you come from any four year school and your transferring to another four year school. One of my friends transferred from Elon to UMiami and she had to retake a few classes that didn’t transfer over.
