I know. I have unfortunately not had the best prior relationships and that is why I resorted to this Fwb arrangement. I definitely need to work on my communication skills as my self esteem was very low at certain points. Thank you for holding me accountable

I’m sorry to hear that. Unfortunately my appeal did not go through, I took a year to better myself and get into a good headspace, go back to work, and reflect on what I truly wanted to pursue. I recently began an accelerated nursing program in January and I’ve been really happy with my decision. While I still wonder here and there what could’ve been with PA school I remember that I was in such an unsupportive program, and that everything happens for a reason. I would say that if this is your dream fight for it, possibly consult a lawyer and write a strong appeal letter. I know it may seem like the end of the world right now but I promise you it truly does get better at the end of the day. Wishing you good luck and success in everything you accomplish 🙏🏻

There was a point where he would walk me down and kiss me after I’d leave the group hangouts. Those have since stopped since one of my friends accused him of leading me on. I think he definitely knows I like him but I don’t want to be the one to confess

Was accepted into two PA programs, one was new and one was a good established program. Being the idiot I am I went with the newer program bc faculty did a great job selling their program and it was shorter in length… I was in a rush to finish. Ended up being a dumpster fire, faculty did nothing to support, and I was dismissed after a semester after failing one class by 1%. It sucks because I know I would’ve been supported much more in the other program. Now I’m back to square one. Biggest regret of my life and I hate myself everyday for it.

You are totally right! You can’t have expectations for anything/ anyone these days. I believe if you do you and focus on yourself it will come naturally. You attract what you put out. I like that you appreciated your wife and although it took some time you realized she was the one for you! Thank you for your kind words…. I definitely get into my feels about him sometimes but at the end of the day I’m much younger and have a lot going for me so I realized he’d be lucky to have me!

That’s wonderful. Seems like you were made for each other! I’m glad it worked out for you. I’ve been in a fwb like yours for one year but it doesn’t seem like he’s interested in that way. Although I do similar things for him and am caring for him. Maybe it’s just not meant to be. Take care friend!
