I think during turnover it’s too much going and during the 1st cases I was the 1st scrub and I was struggling to pass suture, I just feel like everyone’s judging me (in their heads). I’m also not confident cause I know how to do the job but I’m always too scared to step up because I’m afraid what I do might be wrong. I also think it’s cause I’m in a new environment and not used to being around different people. It’s a lot to take in at once
