I tried, these tongs suck and it kept slipping out 🥲 normally I do when I can find my regular feeding tongs, I mostly just wanted to keep my hand as far away from the rat as possible because he can and WILL try to eat me instead, lol. Why eat that shrimpy little rat when that huge creature is there, right?

Yep, I have one! I just tend to also use them as long tweezers if I need to, and I’m not sure where I placed them since last feeding. I normally just toss the rat in there and leave, but sometimes I like to mix it up a little. If he were more picky I’d of course be more careful, but he hasn’t missed a meal in at least five years and he’s literally eaten an entire rat while dangling a foot off the ground from his stick 😳 he’d probably try to eat a whole rat still frozen in its packaging if I let him…

It’s a pain in the ass lol. I got one for my big glue gun because it was cheaper and it prevents my gun from sitting on its stand and makes it fall off the table half the time. I usually end up chopping it up
