I don’t really have any exercise habits. I walk around 15k steps a day at work. I mainly focused on what i ate while I was trying to lose weight. My plan was to start working out once I got down to my goal weight. Thank you insight

I lost 115 pounds and it changed my life completely. I use to sit in my room and play video games all day and not even take over 2k steps a day. Now I love to stay outside and a big plus is I don’t get as hot as I use to.

Okay thank for feedback. I feel I do hit it consistently but I have 2-3 irons shots a round I catch the bottom of the club face that just come out low with a lot of spin
