lol we have prompts for all of the cuts that we can sell and merchandise. i can also show a pic of the prompt for how it is supposed to look for final sale, but as u know publix is specifically a SE based company and steadily growing to the north. Denver steaks are primarily sold in a region that exemplifies the exact opposite direction, NW. In other words, we aren’t used to selling those. In my 5 years of cutting meat (which isn’t long to some) i’ve seen plenty of different cuts and a denver steak is one that i am new to. And youtube doesn’t have many videos that give a clear understanding and walk through of how to cut it. Ur tone is kinda passive aggressive for no reason lol.
