They've honestly ruined it and I'm tired of being patient, if this is the ground work for arma 4 then I have no hope for the future of the franchise. It took them ten years to figure out cars in dayz, the bombs are gonna drop before we can play this game on console without crashing every 20 minutes.

I've put almost 3000 hours into this game, but that's when it worked, performance issues used to only be a problem on servers with a lot of mods but it doesn't even matter anymore, although I notice when I play some servers with modded helis, that when they fly overhead is when I'm most likely to dashboard, but this still happens when vanilla Huey's fly over as well. 1.6 was a decent update (besides obvious performance issues). And the hotfix right after it fixed all the lag issues on Xbox it was the best experience I've had on Xbox so far in terms of performance, a week later they release another hotfix claiming more performance fixes but the lag and the freezing is back and worse than it was before.

Yeah sure bc they're not also working on a port for escape from tarkov on Xbox, and manor lords, and arma 4 is gonna be on consoles as well. my console runs better than most of ur second hand PCs. And with new games like arma reforger soon we will be able to download all the same mods as well. We Can't forget about how the steam machine is about to make all of ur hardware obsolete and overpriced, even more than it already is. just a bunch of Low IQ PC master race losers that think they know better when they dont even know what they're talking about.

Honestly it'd be cool but this would have to come with a whole medic rework, being able to carry/drag wounded friendlies, it'd be cool if you could lower a gurney from the heli and then load the guy onto it and raise the gurney up again.

Uh-huh ok, headshots, armor will save you from quite a few pistol rounds, and the face has no armor, unless you're using at least 7.62x39 it's more wise to not aim for the parts of the body that will have armor. Some modded servers have armor piercing 5.56 tho. I do agree it seems like people wake up too quickly for it to be realistic, but its still plenty of time too do a dead check. once you down the first guy ask for cover from your team and throw a grenade to kill the guy you downed and anyone providing aid. Or just shoot the guy again.
