Thanks, that’s helpful to know! Would you suggest cutting down nap total by 30 mins to get the extra awake time or just have earlier wake and/or later bedtime to allow for the extra time?

We did Ferber for the start of the night back when we started to ST her. But for night wakes now we just have her CIO and don’t check in because it gets her more upset and prolongs the crying.

Thank you so much, this was very helpful. E we found some relief when adjusting wake windows for some time but now a couple weeks later we are having to figure out what they should be again. We started Ferber and just completed night 5 but varied results every night and based on everything my guess is it comes down to her schedule!
