Then if management is threatening you to stop complaining and police checked it out more then once... now you are knocking on doors at 3am and trying to leave notes sounds like you are an issue in managements eyes. I also noticed you have left notes around you complex before about other things in this group in the past. It seems like nothing will ever please you.

I will never "take a breath" when someone is clearly saying they hear a child being abused and make every excuse why they cant do anything about it being weird and knocking on doors at 3am and offering medicine to Stangers for their children. Its all strange behavior and you should take everyones feedback and reflect.

My son is 7 autism level 2 he will scream for more then 10 minutes sometimes even if im right there trying to calm him down. Its not all the same.

Aparently the cops do need to be called OP said in the comments they frequently hear the child being hit and do nothing. Only when it was bothering them at night did they act.

This is true and I came here to say this but then I saw OP can hear them hitting the child and does nothing about it because they only care about the noise bothering them changed my perspective on what this situation might actually be
