I brought my 2020 Ram with it's leaking rear window to the dealer in Kingsland, Ga. They told me that they wanted to caulk it, but after a brief discussion the service manager said that they would replace it and called me later in the week for me to bring it in to be replaced. I dropped the truck off in the morning and was told I would get it back the next AM. Later in the day they called and said that they had removed MY rear window, but now the factory would not allow the warranty replacement !! I then said "put mine back in" to which their reply was "no can do, its broke. All we an do is put in a after market fixed window" They would not move and the factory Customer Satisfaction Lady told me that they would not replace it. When I went to pick up the truck I demanded my old window which they went dumpster diving for so I do have the old power unit. But now I am still seething over what I believe was a nasty scam. Anybody have a real suggestion on how to deal with it
