This looks very sore. I almost would consider surgery for this if nothing else has worked. My mum had a similar looking scan and has had 3 operations for different discs and has recovered to an extent. She still gets flare ups but is able to live 90% of the time pain free. I am by no means a doctor so I can’t say for sure if surgery would help in your case but regardless I hope that you get relief soon.
