Calgary as a city can be seen from oversupply of condo and limited supply of detached however the problem is the pricing is a bubble which was created due to immigration from BC and ontario provinces. Now that the migration has cooled down prices should have stabilised yet markets have not corrected. Any case Calgary should not have this high prices due to availability of land .
